We have two Fundraising Associate positions available (one part time 0.6 FTE and the other full time 1 FTE). These roles are a great start for someone looking for a career in fundraising and human rights!
This dynamic position will provide essential support in acquiring and retaining financial supporters, with a strong focus on the Face-to-Face and Telemarketing acquisition campaigns, as well as the Appeals program.
This is an exciting contract opportunity, offering a chance to develop valuable fundraising skills and deepen your knowledge of donor engagement, all while contributing to impactful human rights work
You will have:
- Marketing, fundraising or other relevant higher education qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in telemarketing and/or direct marketing
- High level communication and interpersonal skills (written, face to face, telephone, social media), ideally with experience in a not-for-profit environment
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence in communication
- Strong ability to manage data, utilising Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work to timelines and across competing priorities
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Demonstrated experience in or commitment to working with rights holders

The salary for this position is $83,461 pro rata, plus super.
